Our loyal partners are located in the beautiful Czech Giant Mountains! They're a small family-run factory that never fails to impress us with its attention to detail and craftsmanship. Marie's roots are here, so it was only natural for us to create our clothing here. Together, we create fair and sustainable fashion, crafted with heart and passion. Before your jackets arrive, they make just a quick stop at our Black Forest cottage, where we lovingly package each order.
If an item is too small , too big or not the right color , you can easily exchange it free of charge .
Just let us know which option you'd prefer instead. We'll then create a new order for you and ship the appropriate item right away.
Please return the originally ordered goods to us within 14 days using our return label .

As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the amount of the first order and you can conveniently pay for the new order.
Are there any costs involved in exchanging items?
No 😊 – the exchange is free of charge for you as long as you only exchange the item for a different size or color.
The return will then be processed using our return label , which you will receive from us by email.
You can easily register your return via your customer profile.
To do so, log in to the store and select the items you would like to exchange or return. Cancellations are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods . The return must reach us within 14 days of registering the return .
Please ensure that the goods are unworn (except for fitting) , undamaged and complete .
After reviewing your request, we will send you a return label via email . We charge a flat rate of €5.50 (Germany) or €6.50 (Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Denmark) for the return.
If you would like to return an item from Switzerland , please contact us in advance by email.
The return shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund . This will be issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
⚠️ Important: Please do not return any packages without our official return label. Returns made outside of our returns process cannot be guaranteed or refunded.
Depending on the shipping location, we usually ship our standard deliveries with DHL, and in exceptional cases with GLS.

We rely on the accuracy of your shipping information. Please always check your delivery address to avoid shipping delays.
As soon as your order has been processed and is ready to ship, we'll send you an email. Tracking is provided by DHL / GLS . Please also check your spam folder.
Delivery times depend on the destination country. Information for shipping within Germany can be found in the respective product description.
If you prefer a different shipping service, please contact us and we will discuss a suitable solution together.
You can, of course, order multiple sizes to choose from. However, please note our return policy under the question "I would like to return my order – how do I do this?"
When we offer items as pre-order items , it means they are currently out of stock . They are made especially for you after you place your order . We always provide an approximate delivery time in the respective product description, but this can vary. Sometimes you can enjoy faster delivery, while in other cases the delivery time may be longer. However, we will definitely inform you in such cases.
We offer pre-orders for products that aren't regularly available in our range due to lower demand. However, we don't want to deprive you of these special products. Pre-ordering is an optimal solution for you, us, and the environment, as it allows us to conserve resources and use only the materials that are actually needed.

We also offer a permanent 10% discount for children with a severely disabled person's ID card, for families with multiples, and for families with four or more children . Please send us proof of this (e.g., a photo of your severely disabled person's ID card or a birth certificate) to hello@jonistudio.de , and we will create a personalized discount code for you that works in combination with the email address you provide (please specify your preferred email address).

Unfortunately not. The patented magnetic buttons are only available in combination with our jackets.
